Welcome to Limani! By using our ride-hailing platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Limani services. Riders must have a valid payment method. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and pass our background check.
Limani connects riders with independent driver partners. We do not provide transportation services directly. Drivers are independent contractors. By requesting a ride, you agree to pay the displayed fare plus any applicable fees.
All payments are processed securely via Paystack. You authorise us to charge your selected payment method for ride fares, tips, and other fees. Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver is dispatched.
You agree not to damage vehicles, harass drivers, or engage in illegal activities during rides. Violations may result in account suspension.
Drivers must maintain their vehicles in safe condition, follow traffic laws, and provide a professional service. Limani reserves the right to remove drivers who violate our standards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limani is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the ride in question.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or for illegal behaviour.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
